Error 2003 bank cannot find account

Suddenly one of my accounts (credit card) cannot be downloaded. I get the error 2003 that my bank cannot find the requested account. This account is up and running on my bank website and has had no problems. I tried refreshing the info and that did not help. All other accounts from my bank are working.
