Citizens Bank
I am having difficulty connecting to my bank, and I want to use OFX settings. However, I can't enter a bank's name in the online setup. It used to be there.

Hi Amy,
We used to support Citizens Bank, but we had so much trouble helping customers get connected to them that we had to drop support. There was issue with their server that they had to fix to let people connect sometimes, but it was just too difficult to work with them on it.
However, you may still be able to connect using the Advanced Settings button in Moneydance. Here are the settings you'll need (choose the right one for your bank):
