I am using Money Dance vs. 2014.5 on my Macbook Pro. I am only able to download transactions from my checking account and not my savings. When I attempt to download transactions from savings, I get an error message that the account numbers are incorrect. However, they are correct. I called my bank and everything is good with the routing and account numbers. So any ideas. I do notice that the savings account is indented under "Checking" as in the following:

"Name Checking
         *Name Savings

Since this program involves directories and root directories, I am now wondering if this is the problem. Amazingly, the banking root directory is Quicking 2011 from which files were exported to Money Dance. Banking Icons in the program indicateone is teared under another. I really don't think this is it but the account and routing numbers are correct and I'm still haivng difficulty.
