Hi patsy,
I am a Chase Credit Card client.
Setting up direct-connect to Chase is a two-step process.
1) You must authorize your account for desktop apps on the Chase website.
2) You must verify your identity after Chase emails you with instructions on how to do so via the secure message center on the Chase website.
The email will likely arrive after you authorize your account for desktop apps, then attempt to connect using Moneydance.

Thanks. I have authorized it several times when they send me the request. Every time quicken tries to access my account chase sends me a request and I respond. It still doesn't work. Quicken says I am in good shape on their end. I'm at at a loss.

Hi Patsy,
Can you confirm that you authorized your account for desktop apps on the Chase website? The option to do so is rather hidden and can be difficult to locate.
If you need help finding it, let me know and I'll walk you through it.

Thank you so much. Neither chase nor any of the app help people knew anything about this. I have spent hours with both over the last few months and each is telling my Software must be corrupted because it looks fine on their end. You have made my day. Thank you.
Patsy
