I have been using Moneydance since 2010. It was key to allowing me to bring order and insight into my finances, at a time of major upheaval at work. Coupled with a long-term financial planning model which I developed in Excel, MD helped me identify and control my expenses, and gave me the confidence that my finances are secure, so I felt comfortable retiring early.

Admittedly, there have been a couple of times - primarily during the last major MD upgrade 'process' - that I considered jumping ship, but I scoured the market and (again) came to the conclusion that there is nothing that even came close. Excellent functionality, local storage, multi-platform and a perpetual licence are absolutely key to me. I'm looking forward to MD2019 and being able to support your development efforts again.
