Hi everyone,

Just wanted to offer a big thank you to Sean Reilly. I've had some huge issues with Moneydance and IK over the last few years. Problems related to questionable decisions on the part of IK, unresponsive technical support, syncing files across several machines, finance file being moved to a new location without my permission and notification and, lastly, the inability to download transactions from TD Bank. As a result, I was going to stop using Moneydance and switch to a new personal finance application, possibly Quicken 2017 or Banktivity 6. Would've considered Banktivity 7 but I'm not running Mac OS High Sierra and can't use it.

Sean reached out to me personally in an effort to get a better understanding of the issues and possibly resolve them. That was amazingly cool! While I cannot go into all the details, rest assured we made great strides towards solutions and, in fact, actually solved all but one of the problems entirely. I can now say without hesitation that I'm staying with Moneydance and am looking forward to Moneydance 2019.
