Infinite Kind support staff are great
Jenny, Henry, Tom, (and Ben Spencer, Angie Rauscher, Jon Hoover, Jessica Little, Scott Meehan, and maybe more, who it looks like are not with Infinitekind any more) are all terrific support. They all take questions seriously and are patient, kind, and always polite, and work with me through my questions/problems if they can be solved.
They don't do like support staff for many other companies who answer questions not asked, or assume they already know my questions, and don't listen--or read to me from a computer monitor.
If I can give them a star rating, I give them 5 stars out of 5.

I certainly agree. These folks are the best I have ever dealt with.
