The Budget Bar graph is unreadable to me with the red background and black font.

Customizing the Budget Warning color allows me to see it. THANK YOU, Sean.

The color selection chart displays the decimal color but I cannot determine what the default decimal color I am changing because I cannot find the exact color on the chart. Would be nice to know that when changing a color if I could find a closer starting point by knowing the parameters of the color I was changing. Then I could get the closest readable match (in this case a better shade of red rather than my final selection which is more of an orange - I got tired of poking around trying to get the best color).
