Creation of New Account Set now prompts to name Set at the very beginning (new to Latest Preview Release).

"Data Bundle" can be moved to location of one's choosing.

Computer to Computer syncing of Data works without the need for a convoluted work around.

I concur with the comments.
I was very cautious upgrading to 2012, but when computer-to-computer synching was restored, I made the switch to 2012.2.
The directions on how to accomplish the multiple computer synch via Dropbox (hidden in another post that I kept a watch on) were very clear and simple. Even better, they worked (so far) with no problems!
Dropbox synching with iDevices also seems to still happen as it should.
Things seem to be working as if they never changed (except for improvements!), which is basically what you want to have happen in an upgrade.
