I was having trouble syncing Moneydance with Dropbox (http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/problems/9876-dropbox-sync...).
Scott Meehan tried to resolve the problem by talking me through
various repair options. It ended up being an issue related to the
version of Java on my older Mac, so Scott forwarded the problem to
Sean Reilly. Sean pointed me to a 'preview' version of Moneydance
that resolved the Java issue. Scott and Sean were enthusiastic,
considerate, and patient in the way they helped resolve this issue.
I am completely impressed with their responsiveness. I am going to
purchase my copy Moneydance as soon as I finish this message and
hit the "CREATE" button.
