After years of slugging through taxes by simply using an excel spreadsheet and having no concept of a budget (my bad), I finally decided to put my financial life in order. Initially, I was looking into Quicken but everywhere I looked, I read negative reviews. Then, I stumbled upon MD and downloaded the trial version. I loved the simplicity and it works great with the Mac.

I am far from the sophisticated user ... still can't figure out how to reconcile all my bank accounts, but I'm getting there. Next on the learning curve, how to transfer and reconcile my stock portfolio.

That version is the best we have at the moment, and we'll releasing a more polished version of our support documentation in the next 1-2 weeks.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
