Much better support site

From what I see, I like this support site much better. Easy to find one's way from the home page, and I like how the open issues that one starts appear right there front and center with the reply status. Thanks for the switch. I am looking forward to both the 2009 version and the iPhone application.

    I agree. Now that I have ironed out my log in problem, I like the new system.

    Thanks for the feedback. We are working hard to improve the quality of the support site. As well as the switch to the new software we have taken on new support staff. Response times should be improving. I expect there will be news about the iphone app in the not two distant future. The developer intends to send out an alpha release to the support staff in the next few days. I am quite excited to see it.

    I completely agree. This support forum system is just great. Easy to find stuff, easy to add new discussions.
