I have been using MD for two years and figured that you could use positive feedback. Things that I like about MD:
For me, It Just Works. It imported my data (from GNUcash via QIF, actually), online banking worked, I like the way the autocompletion works, budgets worked (GNUcash did not have budgets when I was using it), I like the way the reminders work...
Multi-platform: I mostly use a Mac but am very happy not to be tied to the platform. I have verified that MD works with my data on Linux and also FreeBSD.
Reasonable and understandable licensing terms.

Rather than start a new thread, I'll just add my comments here.
I live in the UK and product support for Quicken and then Money were withdrawn. After trying two or three others (Persoanl Accountz, GNUCash and another I can't now recall), I settled on Moneydance. Far easier to use than some of the competitors I tried and being multi-platform was great, though I only now use it in Windows. It also imported my Money data quite well, although in the end, I decided I could live without 10 years of data and just imported two years - great catharsis.
I have a few very minor quiblles (reported elsewhere) but overall can't recommend it highly enough.
Thanks to all ay Moneydance
