Good program, Great Support
I wanted to say thanks for all the help I've received over the
last few weeks as I was demoing Moneydance. I took the plunge over
the weekend and purchased Moneydance. Here are some of the reasons
why:
-Of the three programs I tried out, MD was the only one to import
my investments correctly.
-MD can create the itemized reports I need; one of the other apps
couldn't; I didn't even try in the third, because of other
deal-breakers there -Files kept in the Finder, not hidden away in
Application support -first class customer support; I've been
involved in enough forums to know this is not easy to do -openness
to feature suggestions, and a clear means of letting customers know
they've been heard
I would like to see some interface improvements, and the confirmation process for downloaded transactions takes some getting used to, but all features I need are there, and in the end that's more important to me than a slick interface and extra bells and whistles.

Thanks for your kind words.
The developers are constantly working to improve the functionality of Moneydance. If use have specific suggestion, we would pass those along to the developers. Feedback from our user's is our best source for improvement.
