Good program, superb support

I've been working with Moneydance for the past few weeks, and the more I use it the more impressed I am. I've been switching over from Quicken 2007 Mac. It's taken me a little while to get used to some of the differences, but the more I use Moneydance the more impressed I am. I'm particularly happy to say that I think my wife (a novice at accounting/database programs, though she's a long-time professional investor and certified financial analyst) will find it much easier to use than she ever found Quicken.

I wanted to add my praise for really first-rate support. It reminds me of the old, old days with the Mac (I've been a Mac owner since 1984) when software support was prompt, thoughtful and helpful. Other than a couple of companies where I still know the programmers (and that really does help in getting good support), I've seen nothing like Moneydance's support for a decade. My kudos to the company, and my sincere thanks to the people who have helped me.

I couldn't disagree more. The support has been absolutely terrible. I've both emailed and started a thread since I updated to the latest version of Moneydance and am now unable to download transactions, with no response other than having the session being closed. Ridiculous!

Lofty- Thanks a bunch, we're glad you're so happy!

Tarewigod- I'm sorry your case was overlooked, I've posted a response on that thread. Let's continue the conversation there.
