I had a problem with some data that looked corrupt so I sent a request and with 24 hours had a reply and a fix.

Below the Deposit field is a filed called "Foreign Amount". Enter the exact value of the foreign amount in this field.
In order to do this, the category for the transaction must be in a different currency than the currency of the account that the transaction is in.
