Quality of Support
You are the only one out in the market who provides the quality support for this type of application.
I was a Quicken Customer years ago, than moved to AceMoney (which was extremely good until the founder passed away), than moved to MoneyDance for few years, than recently tried Mint.com and again back to MoneyDance. All the issues and questions are very clearly resolved just with your support discussion threads. Good job! Keep it up
