I just wanted to use this method to let Ian's supervisor(s) know how grateful I am to Ian for his fastidious help in solving my problem with the Moneydance program. He was professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable in the extreme. I was in a panic that I had lost my connection to Wells Fargo via Moneydance since I use it every day to track my bank transactions, save the transactions in several categories, and use it to prepare my annual taxes. I had tried everything I could to solve it myself, to no avail. Ian coached me several times via email to try and solve the problem, but finally helped me use team viewer, then a direct connections to my computer. It was fascinating to watch him manipulate my computer, and then solve my connection problem. Thank you for having such great personnell on your staff. He helped an 80 year old sleep last night.
