Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon (running in VMWare) - bug in selecting reminder
Hi - I have seen this a few times now where I have a reminder set up. It
always seems to be the last one on the list for a given day. When I go to
select it on the dropdown menu (in this case, it is the Discover payment),
it is disabled and I can't edit or record it. The one above it is fine.
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query.
Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance (or Moneydance --> About Moneydance on a Mac) where the version and build number will be displayed.
Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer?
Thank you

Hi Maddy - I am running version 2024.4 (5253) in Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon
(running in VMWare).
Thanks

A potential solution with Moneydance running under Linux Mint is when you have the fractional Scaling feature under Displays turned on.
Turning off fractional scaling and setting the regular display scaling at 100% (rather than 200%) can solve the problem.
Please keep us posted on your progress, Thank you!

Hi Maddy - Making those changes did not work. In fact, they were already
set that way (no factional scaling, 100%). However, I figured out a
workaround using the up and down arrows instead of the mouse. (Should have
thought of that before.) So I'm good, but it seems to be a real bug.
Thanks,
Charlie
