chaning loan characteristics
Hi,
I have a load account created since few years.
Since I have re-negotiated the conditions with the bank, I have created a new loan account with the new characteristics for the remaining.
The problem is in my net worth, I see a drop.
How can i set the balance of the old loan account to zero?
I see the option to reconcile the account, but when i click nothing happens.
The option to adjust account balance is greyed out.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I'm a fellow customer.
When you renegotiated the loan, some, if not all, of the proceeds of the new loan should have been used to pay out the old loan, it does not sound like this happened, where did these funds go to?
