Hi

I am having a problem with retrieving a security price within Quote Loader. I have updated both the software and the extension but can’t seem to get The below price to update.

The error log shows the following and I can’t seem to find a suitable fix in the forum. Are you able to assist?

    Hi adammartin38

Instead of posting the log can you post a screenshot of the Quote Loader window after you click GET PRICES but before you click SAVE SELECTED LINES this will help to put the log into context.

    Hi adammartin38

I assume that DS Smith (SMDS) prices were supported by FT. However trading has been suspended due to its recent merger with International Paper Company. Following a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under the Companies Act 2006, DS Smith's shares were delisted from the London Stock Exchange on February 4, 2025. This was part of the process for the all-share combination of the two companies.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you again for looking at this, glad to hear it’s not a software issue. I just need to pay more attention to market news!

    Thanks again
