quotes and exchange extention not updating

hi running version . 2020.2 (1929) of moneydance. The update quotes and exhange extention stopped updating recently and I have tried uninstalling reinstalling. Any info you can provide would be most appreciated as its quite important to keep updated balances. The error I get is "unable to get from to USD". It will cycle thru the securities and not update anything. Exhange rates set to "do not update" and Yahoo Finance usa is the security price selection. the exhange is American Stock Exchange. Any assistance is appreciated.

   Hi david

   Yahoo introduced restrictions which broke the Quote and Exchange Rate extension as well as the Quote Loader extension. The Quote and Exchange Rate extension is still broken but Quote Loader has been fixed.

   However due to neccassary changes Quote Loader will only work on Moneydance 2022, 2023 and 2024.

   So it you upgrade Moneydance try the extension Quote Loader under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSION
