Online Bill Payment and reminders
This is my second request for help. I am sending bills online via Moneydance and transaction is not making it to my bank Chase. It appears in checking account registry but not on the Chase online website after it is sent.

Hi,
I'm sorry it's taken us a while to get back to you about this problem. Hopefully I can help figure out what's going on.
A few questions. First, Do you get any kind of error messages when you pay bills, or does everything appear to process normally? Also, there may be a time lag involved. Do the payments show up eventually on the Chase website?
Another thing to do is check to make sure all of your account information for Chase is entered correctly in Moneydance. You may also want to try disabling and recreating your bill pay connection to Chase.
Again, I'm sorry it's taken us a while to get back to you about this. Hopefully some of the above will help clear things up.

I reloaded bank per your suggestion and that did it. Thank you for your help.
