This is a public forum, so you should edit out the license key (you can leave the first 4 items (i.e. P678) but the rest shouldn't be public).

The P678 tells me (another user) that you purchased a 2022 license. Licenses are version specific, so you purchased a lifetime usage of 2022 plus one free major upgrade 2023. After that (i.e. 2024) you can get a significant discount on an upgrade which would get you a new license code for 2024 plus one free major upgrade to 2025.
You are never required to upgrade, so Moneydance keeps older versions here:

You can go back to Version 2023 with no issues.
If you do want to upgrade to 2024, go here:

and put in your license key for a significant discount (which is also why you want to edit it in this thread so it isn't stolen).

The previous response is correct. It looks like you last purchased Moneydance 2022, which would allow you to use up through the 2023 version with that key, but not beyond that.
Moneydance 2024 is a free upgrade to anyone who purchased a license key for Moneydance 2023 or later. This is true if you purchased an upgrade or a full license for that version.
Since you last purchased Moneydance 2022, you are entitled to a discounted half-priced upgrade, and if you want to run Moneydance 2024 you will need to purchase an upgrade key. To confirm your license for a discounted upgrade, submit your license key using the Upgrading field on our purchase page at: http://infinitekind.com/purchase
If you would prefer to continue using a previous version of Moneydance for which your current license key is still valid at no additional cost, you can download it from: https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance
