Loss of licence
I have been using Moneydance for many years. However suddenly I have appeared to have lost the licence number from the system. Are you able to re-send the licence number allocated to me please. This may show my old email address as [email blocked], which is no longer valid.
The application is advising that this is a preview only and limited to 100 manually entered transactions, although I can review transactions going back to 2015.

It's likely you upgraded past your license. If you for example, purchase/upgraded to 2022, then your license is good for 2022 and one major upgrade (2023) - if you then upgraded to 2024, the license will not be recognized.
The license is still in there, however. If you downgrade to the last version you were eligible for, the license is still valid. If you do wish to upgrade - click the upgrade button on the far right where it mentions 100 manual entries, and you get a significant discount to the new version (which will also be good forever for two years of versions).

Thank you for your response. I now have my licence key, however as this was a 2021 version, I suspect that this key is no longer valid and I need to upgrade. Thank you for your help.
