monthly service fee
I uninstalled your software from my Mac (back in November, I believe) and I'm still being charged $5.95 a month for this product. Can you please stop charging me and give me my money back for the months I haven't used it?

Brett,
Moneydance does not charge a monthly fee for the use of our product. If you used our trial version there was no cost for our product, and I do not see a charge for the software (which would have been a one time charge of $39.95) in our payment processing system. This payment would have appeared with the name "BMT Micro" as initiating the charge.
What you are likely seeing is a charge from your bank for direct connection services. This is common fee which some banks charge to permit direct connections with personal finance software. If this is being charged to your checking account it is easy to confuse with a charge to your check card. Often these charges are listed as "Personal Finance Software."
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
Angie Rauscher

Indeed it was a charge from Wachovia. Thanks for your help.
