Bill Pay with First Interstate Bank
I am now able to download my First Interstate Bank checking account transactions - yeah! - but I'm trying to set up Moneydance online bill pay with them also. I access their internet bill pay all the time but haven't been successful setting this up through Moneydance. When I attempt to set it up, I get as far as the "Please choose the account that you wish to use:" window which has everything greyed out so I cannot choose anything. What's going on?

Hi Diane,
Unfortunately, First Interstate doesn't offer bill pay services through OFX, so you won't be able to pay bills with them through Moneydance. You'll need to continue to access their web page to pay bills. However, since they do already have an OFX server, it might be worth giving them a call and asking them to think about setting up their server for bill pay. Smaller banks are sometimes very responsive to customer requests.
