Passcode on iPad
After using Moneydance on my iPad regularly for a year or more, It has just started asking me for a four character passcode. I cannot recall ever setting one and my record of passwords does not record one. I have a long password and a sync password (longer than 4 characters) on my Mac app so that not what has been requested. I seem to recall an iOS update to your iPad app recently - is that the reason ?
Whatever the cause, how do I resolve this ? It is very annoying.

The PIN has been there forever as an option. But perhaps you had faceID or fingerID setup which was bypassing it, but now that’s been turned off (or you changed the ID setup)?
I presume you still have a good desktop primary dataset? If so… Perhaps the only route is to wipe the app. Reinstall and reconnect it back to sync?
