weird Transaction Filter not finding all trans

Okay, I am somehow doing something wrong? I am going through 5 of my bank accounts and making a csv file using the Transaction Filter. worked fine for 4 of them. on the last one, it is NOT including transactions from 2024. attaching screenshot of trans filter and then screenshot of the account itself. any ideas why ?

   adding more info:
   I have rebooted Win 11, and thus also reloaded MD ... no change in behavior. the Transaction Filter is still incorrect. The source for the transaction which are NOT being selected is a CSV download from sc hw ab. but i have other accounts that were added transactions via CSV and they work correctly in Transaction Filter.

    i went into the account and manually added two TEST transactions and they were YES selected by the Transaction Filter function. so something in the MD data record is wonky. I have attached the RAW data for one of the records NOT selected ... see if that helps.

   This is important to me as it is delaying further processes and analyses for me
