How to add a new Credit Card
After I enter all the information on the Add a New Card page, I cannot get out of the window to actually CREATE the account.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

I can't get down to the OK box to create the account.

I'm assuming you cannot see the OK button. Try dragging the boundary of the window to make it larger.
