I am being asked to Pay Again

HI....Your records will show that I have a full paid version of MoneyDance. Today after entering a number of transaction. I had a message asking me to pay again.

Can you please investigate and sort out the problem.

   What are the first 4 characters of your license code? (Dont publish it all...) License codes are version specific, for example, a 2022 license code is good for 2022 and 2023, but not 2024.

   You may have upgraded past your license code versions. If so, you can upgrade to a 2024/2025 license at a significant discount, or you can downgrade to the last version your license code was intended, as you are never required to upgrade.

   P678 is a Moneydance 2022 license so will work with Moneydance versions 2022 & 2023.

   So what version have you installed?

   If it is Moneydance 2024 the license will not work and your choices are to either go back to Moneydance 2023 or to purchase a discounted upgrade to Moneydance 2024.

   Half the price of a new version, still good for 2 more years.

   Go to this page,
   https://infinitekind.com/update

   and enter your current license code. You will be quoted the discounted price (if you type in the license correctly, of course)

   You can then decide which way to go.
