WONT TAKE LICENSE
I upgrade when the pop up displayed, and it put me in trial mode. if I would have known that I wouldn't have updated. i entered my license Date: 2023-01-25 Key: P26461640-1A763A96 and it wouldn't take it. It couldn't happen at the worst time...help...John

A P264 license is a 2022 license, good forever for 2022/2023. Not good for 2024.
Two options, one is to upgrade for a significant discount, but given your assertion you wouldn't have updated, and couldn't happen at the worse time, you can just downgrade back to 2023 and keep on working (your license will work again).
Go to
https://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance
then download and install the 2023 version.
You should then be back at the "wouldn't have updated" stage.
