Hi, I just purchased a new MacBook air and after transfering all my applications and files, when I enter Moneydance, it appears with unreadable characters. I have a licence. I have been using Moneydance since I purchased it around 12/25/2014.
Can you help me out on how I can use Moneydance again? Since I bought the licence, I never received a new version download alert or anything. What can I do in this case?
Thanks in advance for your response and support.

    I'm a fellow Moneydance user.

If you were using Moneydance 2014 and tried that version on a late version of macOS then the strange looking characters are no surprise, we have seen that a fair bit.

Really you will need to purchase a Moneydance upgrade, as this is not likely to be the only problem you will encounter. Apple is not known for their backward compatibility with application software on macOS.

You can purchase a discounted upgrade at:

Moneydance 2024 is expect to update a 2014 account set, but it is wise to take a data backup before you start.
