Arrangment of accounts

Is there a way to change the order of accounts. I want /need to have the checking account at the top of list..

   Moneydance uses Alphanumeric sorting, this cannot be changed. So one way would be to preface the account names with say a number.

   Hi Jesse

   You could group Bank accounts by type, e.g. Checking, Savings etc, that may help.
   Set up a Checking account and make your checking accounts child’s of that new parent account. See screen shot.
