iPad app issues
I am currently using Moneydance v 2024.1 (5118) on my Mac desktop running MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1. I use iCloud drive and would like to be able to use the app on my iPad, but it "quits" when I try to access my entries. It finds the file fine and opens it, but that's the only thing I can get it to do. Please advise.
Thank you.

Under MacOS Sonoma iCloud has problems as a sync type. This is due to Sonoma not keeping all the data from iCloud on your system all the time. Sonoma uses "dataless" files that are placeholders and this confuses Moneydance that expects actual data. You should probably use Dropbox Folder as a sync type.
I hope you are not just putting a copy of your data file on iCloud and accessing it from both your desktop and the iPad. This will lead to data corruption of the file and is highly deprecated.

@Deb, When replying to the email, sometimes the added text gets removed. I don't see any content in your reply. Use of the web interface seems to work much better.
