Your lack of support has made it impossible for me to complete the download of your new version. Cancel my subscription. You seriously need a better customer service

1. Subscribing to Moneydance+

   You'll find information about Moneydance+ and how this service works in this article.

   How To Subscribe

   Open Moneydance and choose Online > Setup Moneydance+.

   Select the "Setup" tab (as shown in the screenshot below).

   Then enter your email address and select "Connect to Moneydance+".

   

   You'll then see the following message -
   "Waiting for email confirmation. Please check your inbox"

   Hmmm... of course you should always be able to decide to cancel your subscription, but the last message I see from "a Nancy Simmons" was in 2012. Was that you? If not, I really don't see any message from you - ever.

   I'm just a user, but you haven't taken advantage of "user" customer service, which is fairly good and fast.

   Good luck as you move to another product.
