TERMINATION OF A REMINDER
In 2021 I created a reminder to automatically record an ACH transaction for a 3-year loan payment. The last payment was in June 2024.
In June I opened the reminder and checked LAST PAYMENT and the date 6/20/24.
My expectation (from experience with previously terminated reminders) is that the reminder would drop off and not appear in subsequent months. This has NOT happened. This reminder continues into future months and months and months
How do I drive a stake into the heart of this monster??

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

As it appears the reminder is no longer required, it would seem the easiest approach would be to just delete it.

To delete a reminder, highlight the reminder from the list on the right of the calendar. Then click the - (minus) sign at the bottom right of the page, or the 'Delete Reminder' button.
