Graphs & Reports not working

I have just recently purchased a new license of Moneydance as I am using a newly purchased laptop. I imported my data from my previous account. I have downloaded the new version on my new laptop. However since doing this I have noticed that the Graphs & Reports tool is not working. Please advise.

    Ensure you are using MD2024.2(5146)..:

    If it still errors, grab help/console.. Upload that here (after it fails)...

    Hi Stuart,

    I have uploaded the newer version as you suggested but the Graphs & Reports section on Tools still does not work. Any further advice?

    So what exactly do you mean when you say “ Graphs & Reports tool is not working”?

    If you are seeing an error, what does it say exactly?

    What option are you clicking?

    When I click on Graphs & Reports the menu doesn't appear, nothing happens.

    Ok. Install/launch toolbox. Does it warn you about invalid screen locations?

    Hi Stuart,

    I am unsure what you mean by Toolbox. The Graphs & Report are present below Summary on the left hand column. However when I press Graphs and Reports in the Tools in the top tool bar there is no response. No warnings are given. All the other items in the Tools section appear to be working OK. I can use the Graphs section in the left hand column but I thought it should be accessible via the Tools menu as that is what I usually.

    I've installed the Toolbox. When I open Toolbox there is a warning box entitled Validate and Fix Base Currency. I ran the diagnostic tool and used the toolbox to fix the currency problem. The Graphs are now accessible via the Tools button the menu bar.

    Hi Stuart,
    Account balances all look accurate. The only problem I can detect is that with one of the accounts there appears to be some historic transactions that are uncleared, which should have been cleared. I can deal with them manually when I reconcile that account next. Otherwise looks OK.
    Any further advice to offer in case I find any further issues down the line?
