Moneydance Plus not downloading all transactions from bank
Hello. I have noticed that Moneydance+ is not downloading all of the transactions from some of my bank accounts. It is downloading some transactions, but some transactions are missing. What might be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

Just curious if they're Synchrony Bank accounts, they've had similar issues in the past.

Ive been using Moneydance+ with Star One. for a long time and never had a
problem before. It only started happening a few weeks ago.

Haven't heard of any issues with Star One recently. It's definitely helpful to know the financial institution for IK Support to be able to assist you.

@Michelle, One of the first things to look at is if MD is downloading all the transactions and if MD is merging some that should not be merged. First uncheck the setting to "automatically merge downloaded transactions" in the network panel of the settings.
Second is to launch MD, Open Help->Console Window and then download the transactions from you Credit Union. The console window should show all the data being downloaded and see if the missing transactions are there and being removed by MD as duplicates or for some other reason.
If MD+ is not providing the data from the bank at all, then that is something that Plaid and the Credit Union will have to work out and take much longer.
