Moneydance Mac app has been converted to preview?
Hi I have been using moneydance for many years. I upgraded in 2022 and only today my moneydance app on my one of my Macs is returning an error saying it is a preview version and is limited to only 100 manual transactions. I have put in my registration key back from 2022 but the app is saying it is the incorrect key.
Can you please help resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Declan

You need to downgrade the version or pay for an upgraded license.

I suspect you have installed Moneydance 2024 which a 2022 license is not valid for.
If this is the case you can either purchase an upgrade:
https://infinitekind.com/update
or back grade to a version you are licensed to use, which if you purchased it in 2022 would likely be the 2023 version
http://infinitekind.com/previous-versions-of-moneydance
If you state the first 4 characters of you key we can tell you what versions it is valid for.

Hello,
The above responses are correct. A 2022 license would work up through the 2023 version. If you want to run the 2024 version, you will need to purchase a discounted upgrade key.

Hi Stuart,
You got it. When i changed my macbook I didn't realise when i
downloaded 2024 version. I have purchased the 2022. I'll download the
2022 version.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best wishes,
Declan

@Dec,
Just FYI, if you purchased your license in 2022, it has a good chance of being valid for the 2023 version. (Licenses are good for one year upgrade). If you purchased it in 2021 then it will only be good for 2021 and 2022.
