I have had the same problem as others with diffiiculty downloading transactions from multiple accounts at the same bank. I have a money market, checking account and credit card at the same bank. Version 637 seems to recognize the checking and credit card accounts, but when I try to downloard the money market account transactions, the checking account transactions show up in the list. Thanks.

Steven, After installing version 637 did you disable and re-enable each of your accounts? In previous versions users often missed the window where you choose the account you're setting up (and so it defaulted to the first). But that can't happen in 637, so it should work correctly if you set up your connections anew from this latest version.

Brian - that did not work. I disabled all three accounts - the checking, money market and credit card. When I went to re-enable them, I was able to configure the checking and credit card, but when I went to download transactions into the money market account, it downloaded the checking account transactions. Thanks.Steve

Steve, Before we look for a more complicated explanation, can you confirm that you are not looking at transactions that were previously downloaded from your money market? Can you also confirm you are running 637? Have you set up your money market as an investment account or a bank account?

Brian - I am running 637. I definitely am not looking at transactions that were previously downloaded from the money market account. The money market account is set up as a bank account and I am wondering if that is the problem as it gives me two "bank accounts" (the checking and money market) at the same institution. Thanks.

    Steve,

Your money market account is probably keyed as an investment account and so when you try to set it up as a bank account within Moneydance, it keeps connecting to your bank account. If you create an investment account within Moneydance, are you then able to link it with your money market?
