Import qfx issues
Each time I import a QFX file downloaded from my bank it will take past regular entries that have been cleared/reconciled and move them to cover a new entry of the same amount/payee etc.
This basically means I either do balancing manually or spend crazy time tracking what past entry(s) was move and correct. Either way I spend alot of time balancing that is unnecessary. Please advise.

I don't know how often your same price entries occur (Quicken has the same issue here as Moneydance) but you can try lowering the number of dates to look at when matching.
If it really a problem, don't automatically match entries, force MD to give you a choice on each one.
