Unable to download transactions from my bank
No updates to banking signon or password have been made. I can use the same credentials to login to my bank account as I'm typing into Moneydance. I even purchased/upgraded the application, refreshed and went through Change option to update the banking information.

What bank? There are banks going though transition in many ways this year.
Are you trying to download via OFX directconnect or MD+?
What version and operating system?

Thank you for responding to my problem ticket.
My bank is Fifth Third Bank.Open Account Website works fine. I'm using OFXWhen I attempt to use Download Checking Transactions, I WAS get the following error. I've tried using the Refresh. When I went through the "Change" process 1 more time just today, it worked!
You can close my ticket as the issue seems to be resolved based on reconfiguring my bank once more.Kind Regards,Tammy DeHate
