Transaction Reminders
I am an avid user of transaction reminders.
I prefer to manually record them at the beginning of each month rather than set them to record automatically.
My problem is that on certain days of the month, I have too many reminders for the size of the reminder screen.
This is limited by the size of my 13” MacBook Pro.
The result is that some of them are hidden at the bottom of the screen and therefore cannot be selected for recording.
Would it be possible for the reminder screen to be scrollable so that all transaction reminders for a selected day can be seen, accessed and actioned ?

Long standing issue, I agree it needs to be fixed. The developer is aware but I have no idea if and when it will get fixed. It is certainly an issue for laptops with small screens.

Hello,
I don't think I understand the question. Do you mean that the reminders shown on each day of the calendar don't scroll? You can access the full list of reminders on each day by clicking on that day of the calendar, although depending upon your platforms the popup menu might not scroll.
Thanks,
Sean

I thought that there had been a previous issue about this. But I can't find the reference. The popup you mentioned will go above and below the MD window so there is no need to have a scroll bar UNLESS the total pop up window is longer than the total screen height. I don't have that many reminders on any one day! :-)
My MacBook air has about the same screen height but I suppose you could overload that pop up window if you had 15 or more reminders on the same day.

Just tested MD2024.2(5163)...I think this issue was resolved at some point as now I see that (on my Mac), if the record next list is longer than the screen, there is a small scroll arrow at the bottom and this makes the ling list scroll...
Can you screenshot what you see?

I wonder if the scrolling works on Windows 10 too?

Yeah, I haven't time to mess with the alpha releases. The current Preview is 5146 and I don't see that scroll arrow at the bottom. I had to create 20 reminders on my iMac to get it to exceed the screen height!
Good to know that it is fixed in the next preview release (which might be the next actual production release).
The screen shot shows the last reminder off screen.
@Victor, issue should be fixed in the next release.

5163 Alpha
Windows 10
Linux Mint
A scroll arrow at the bottom of the list does not appear in either of the above environments.

Ah, ok, I see the problem now, thank you. The next update includes a fix for this similar to the Moneydance+ account selector popup. If the popup menu grows beyond a certain point it will use an overflow menu to show the remaining items.
Thanks!
