Bug: Search filter for Bank Register still applies to Investment transactions register
Hello - found this bug in the preview version 2024.2 (5146)
The bug is that when you write a text in the search bar to filter the bank register in an investment account, switch to the investment transactions register to write the same filter again, clearing the filter for the bank register does not clear the filter in the investment transactions register, even though the search bar is now empty.
Steps to produce this bug:
1. Go to investment account having transactions.
2. Go to the bank register of that account.
3. Use the search option on top right bar to filter the transactions.
4. Go to the investment register
5. Use the search option on top right bar to filter the transactions.
6. Go back to the bank register.
7. Clear the search bar so that the filter is removed.
8. Go back to the investment register. Even though the search bar is empty, the transactions are still filtered and there's no way to reset without typing something in the search bar again and then clearing it to reset the filter.

This fix has already made it into the latest alpha. I wouldn’t load this tho’ until it’s become a preview.
