Bottom line doesn't match my account

The summary of my money dance program matches my actual checking account. However, yesterday morning while updating my information in Money Dance I must have pressed something (not sure what) because I was just adding categories to some of the transactions. However I immediately realized that my bottom line had an addition $119000.00. My summary however didn't include this $11900.00. When I tried to remove it, it messes up the checking and summary (so it doesn't match my actual account).
I am baffled by where this number came from and why it impacts my summary and checking account numbers when I try to remove it but that if I leave it there the summary and checking account numbers are fine.

Are you sorting that account by date?

Can you clarify how you are trying to remove this amount? I'm a bit unclear from your description if there is a transaction of this amount that is appearing somewhere, and if not, how you are trying to remove this amount.

Also, by "bottom line" do you mean the last transaction in your account register, or the total at the bottom of the window? And the two of these are showing different amounts?

I’m just trying to make it a new transaction. I called it error adjustment.
I did this trying to remove the amount. But when I do that it changes the
amount on the left side where it says checking account. The weird thing is,
it shows the extra $119,000 we’re my transactions are but not where my
checking account balance is. I’ve used this program for years and years and
I’ve never seen anything like this.
