Transactions have disappeared from one of my accounts
I was reconciling one of my accounts today and realized that years worth of transactions have disappeared from that account. It appears that all of the missing transactions are reconciled transactions. What can be done to get these back? I can go to a previous backup. But it looks like it happened a while ago, and I don't want to loose all the changes made in other accounts. Suggestions?

If many transactions were missing from an account it is highly likely that other accounts would have incorrect balances, and you do not say that the balance of any account is wrong.
Firstly check at the top of the register to make sure you have the filter set to "All Transactions". Perhaps you have set it to something like "Uncleared'.

That was the problem. I should have caught that. Thank you. Issue resolved.

The button is grayed out. I can't click on it.

It should be available to those who start an issue? And IK support. Logged in?

I believe the option will only be available to the user if they were logged into the site when creating the post and of course logged in when trying to lose it. Otherwise support will need to close.
