Locale week start day not being honoured

Version 2024.2 (5172)

CLDR since at least 32 (2017) has listed UK weekday start as Monday. This is unchanged in the latest version (46)

MoneyDance doesn't respect this setting when using Group By Week.

   At first glance, this looks trivially similar to https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/suggestions/16371-st... but note that UK data hasn't changed in years. The preference being set in MoneyDance is not being honoured. Given that this is listed as the workaround for MoneyDance not having the option to set this (feature has been requested since 2013 https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/general-questions/13...) it's a bug that needs addressing

   Moneydance 2024.3 (5219) is available for downloading from this page.

   You should choose to overwrite or manually uninstall the previous version.
