last update deleted the key
I have used MD for last 4-5 years w/out a problem. After updating it to the latest version few weeks ago, MD is lock now.
My email to recover the key gone unanswered for a week. I don't mind to pay for the upgrade, but how I recover the key?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a reply to your previous email, I can't seem to find it in our system. If you would send me the full name you used when purchasing your original key, I will search our key system to see what may be the problem.
