Memory leak on latest version?
On version 2024.2 (but may have been an earlier version as well)
Ran into this issue with both a MacBook Air (M3) and now a MacBook Pro (M4), running current Mac OS.
This has been going on for months, and may have been occurring under Sonoma as well.
When it starts up it has a reasonable memory of 200+ MB, but if I leave it open it can end up using over 80 GIGAbytes...

Are you using MD Sync with iCloud Sync?

Yes, I am. Is that causing the problem?

It's buggy (a MacOs issue - not MD) and some people have this issue.. For them, switching to Dropbox Folders resolves their issue...

Two things.
1. iCloud sync with MD has not been around for years.
2. The iCloud sync issues started with Sonoma when apple changed how it worked.
